      Use interiorBorder overlap, this is the correct overlap for the parallel solver

Use process number for the tapes in ADOLC, important in case ADOLC has to write a tape to disk then no two processes use the same file

Add parameter dampening in the parset-file

Remove duplicate outputs, only print on one process

Add two test parset-files for testing parmg-computations
