Small suggestions

Ansgar Burchardt requested to merge master into master
  • Add parset file for the initial deformation for 'film-on-substrate'
  • Change the order to 2; print out the order at the beginning of the program: For order 1, we get locking! Also print the order to always be aware of it!
  • Add wriggers-l-shape-dirichlet-values.py in dune-elasticity as well - we always took it from the module dune-gfe
