NodeFragment: added attributes

Added the allocation part of the implementation of attributes. Also some
tests were improved.
The functions to add and remove attributes are not implemented, as well
as the generation of the html for the attributes. Thats why also test
can't really test the attributes as it is not possible to add
attributes.
