Reimplement method thirdDerivativeOfDistanceSquaredWRTSecondArgument

The new implementation should take proper care of the two-sheet structure.

I am writing 'should' here: it still fails the test sometimes,
but then the result appears to be close enough to think rounding errors
are responsible.
