Introduce lambdas for matrix <-> quaternion conversion

Sander, Oliver requested to merge introduce-quaternion-to-matrix-lambdas into master

This can be used in makeComposedGridFunction to turn quaternion-valued functions to matrix-type ones, and vice versa.
