Improve assembly of Cosserat shells

Sander, Oliver requested to merge make-local-densities-bindable into master

This merge request contains various changes that make the code to assemble Cosserat shells more generic. The final aim is to be able to use LocalIntegralStiffness to assemble Cosserat shell problems.
