Use DOFs from parmg in P1- and P2-Mapper

Nebel, Lisa Julia requested to merge lnebel/dune-gfe:parallelization-parmg-film-on-substrate into master
  • Repair the parallel assembling when using second order FEs.
  • Change the grid in film-on-substrate from UGGrid to YaspGrid, because UGGrid lacks face communication for the interface type All_All_Interface.
