Remove SumFunctionalConstrainedLinearization

Sander, Oliver requested to merge move-sumfunctionalconstrainedlinearization-to-dune-tnnmg into master

This class is problem-independent, and we therefore move it to dune-tnnmg. With this patch, the new version from dune-tnnmg is used right away.
